Context: The organization works to teach new and small business owners how to make a business plan that helps improve their business.

Challenges: The course was created to introduce important aspects of building a business. It was the first course created for this business, so there were some bumps along the way. The original deadline was backed up due to the business owner's time schedule. Communicating with different parties, such as the SME and the owner sometimes took a long time to get a response. 

Solutions: Communication and patience was an important factor in the creation of this course. Once the deadline was clearly not going to be reached, I had to let it go and be as patient with the stakeholder as I could. I changed my expectations based on the expectations of the stakeholder. 

Results: The course roll out has been successful.
